In 2014, Kathy & Matt Taranto transformed Aesthetic Consulting Group to Mint Aesthetics.  Kathy has 20 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, running a highly successful training center in Scottsdale and an equipment distributorship.  Mint has now trained and consulted with well over 2500 clinics in North America. Mint focuses on beginning to advanced training for virtually all med spa treatments including lasers, radio frequency devices, injectables, and more. Matt spends the majority of his time consulting with clinics in marketing, personnel, performing consultations, customer service, retail product sales, equipment evaluation, equipment price negotiation, etc. Matt and Kathy also speak at 30+ aesthetic meetings each year throughout North America and are considered one of the country’s top authorities in the business of non-surgical aesthetics.
