Jay Burns, MD, practices in Dallas at Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute as a Plastic Surgeon. He is board certified by American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has 33 years of experience providing cosmetic and aesthetic medical services, and is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).

Dr. Burns speaks regularly on television and radio and has been quoted in many national, state, and local publications such as D Magazine, Texas Monthly, The Washington Post, Readers Digest, Self, Family Circle, Better Homes and Gardens, Allure and Elle.
